K&B Transportation raised Road Warrior over-the-road driver pay from 70¢ to 82¢ per mile, ATS lifted regional van driver rates 16% — from $0.60 to $0.70 per mile — and Roehl Transport announced another pay increase, FleetOwner reported this week.

The moves land as fleets compete for experienced drivers heading into peak season. Separately, Amazon said it will invest another $1.9 billion in its Delivery Service Partner program with the goal of lifting average DSP driver earnings by roughly $1 an hour, to nearly $24 an hour.
